Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When a user who has a role delegated attempts to open a notification for approval, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delegate a role to an employee
2. Request notification is sent to the employee to approve
3. An error occurs upon opening the notification
