Mobile Approvals App Errors With "This Mobile Application Is Not Currently Configured On This Server" (Doc ID 2298585.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Mobile Applications Foundation

After implementing Enterprise Distribution, downloaded the Mobile Approvals from the internal server.  When attempting to connect to Mobile Approvals for EBS, it generates Error:

"This mobile application is not currently configured on this server"

The issue only occurs for iOS. There are no issues for the Android OS.

When the Oracle Mobile Approvals for E-Business Suite App is downloaded from Apple Stpre or Google play Store, it works fine. Users are able to log in and perform approvals.


To reproduced the issue:

1. Customer has a Corporate App Store and is generating the App from Oracle E-Business Suite Mobile Application Archive 6.0 as documented in Oracle E-Business Suite Mobile Apps Developer's Guide.

2. Mobile Application Archives that are provided by Oracle at https://edelivery.oracle.com After Deploying the Approvals Archive that was imported from the MAA file to the iOS device,
    enter the URL <URL of own Corporate application store> and click Get Started button.

3. The Application starts and users are able to get to the Login Page on the Mobile Device. After clicking the Get Started button, the below error occurs:

Configuration Error
This mobile Application is not currently configured on this server.
Please close the application

Changes

Customer has a corporate Applications Store, and is deploying the Mobile Approvals via Enterprise Distribution from Oracle E-Business Suite Mobile Application Archive 6.0 as documented in Oracle E-Business Suite Mobile Apps Developer's Guide.
