UWQ Nodes - Are Counting More SRs Than The Number In That Queue
(Doc ID 2298676.1)

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Other - General
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Nodes in the Universal Work Queue are counting incorrectly the amount of SRs in Queues.
For example the Queue is empty - as all SRs were closed but the count number will show more than zero ie. 2
It's working fine if a new SR in that queue is closed - that one will increase the total count number once the new SR is there (ie.2 + 1)
then when it is closed it will reduce the count number by 1 (2 - 1).
Instead of showing 0, it will show 2. The manual refresh of count does not help.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Universal work queue should show right number of SRs in count area
