Symptoms
Burdening created an unexpected correction.
For example;
RAW_COST = 7000 was burdened and the calculated burden shows -50,000.00, regardless of the burden rates.
The total burden cost for a budgets expenditure with a Max Indirect Rate defined exceeds the Max Indirect Rate.
Changes
The Max Indirect Rate has been changed or defined after expenditures have been costed and burdened.
