Symptoms

Cross dock split put away does not allow drop

When I attempt to perform a putaway on an item that has inventory that goes into Shipping and inventory that goes into stock it brings up the Drop LPN screen but it does not give me a 'Drop' option or a split LPN option only a 'cancel' option.
