The Depot Repair Bulk Receive Items Program Is Unable To Auto Receive Non-Serialized Items (Doc ID 2299315.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to auto receipt an item when using the program 'Depot Repair Bulk Receive Items' (CSDBLKRCV ) is the item is not serialized

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to auto receive Non-Serialized items

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SR/RO/RMA created successfully , the RMA is Booked however not Auto Received.
2. When performing a manual Receipt from SR/Logistics Tab, non-serialized Item is able to Receipt successfully.
3. No ERROR is displayed when 'Depot Repair Bulk Receive Items' completed.
