When Trying To Open Certain Email, "Failure Of Web Server Bridge" Will Be Raised

On : 12.2.5 version, in Test and Production

When trying to open certain email, the error is displayed

Failure of Web Server bridge: No back end server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Responsibility: Email Center Agent Console
Navigation: email Center Agent Console -> Messages -> My Inbox

2.Click on 1st email and wait 10 minutes:
