Symptoms

The Entitlements Search form is not finding the contracts if we search based on the customer location Bill To or Ship To.

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts Manager responsibility.
2. Open the Entitlement Search.
3. Enter the customer Bill To or Ship To location and search.
4. No contracts are found.
