Symptoms

When performing UPDATE ACTUAL COMMITMENT AND ALLOCATION Action on a Shipment, OTM fails to Update Commitment Usage Record associated with the shipment when there are multiple commitment usage records for a given Lane .

Following is the Error observed in the Log.
