Symptoms

When Applying 13543062(Online Patching Enablement patch), ADZDWRKR.sql Ends in Error "ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [733], [2145386608], [top uga heap]".
We see the following error in adpatch log file.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

FAILED: file ADZDWRKR.sql on worker 1.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

Current time is: Mon Aug 21 2017 07:58:23

We could see the following error in adworker001.log
