Symptoms

When attempting to reverse a Receipt, the following error occurs in Receipt Workbench form.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to lock record
The record is being modified by another user.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:     Receipts > Receipts

    1. Query the Receipt
    2. Click Reverse button > Error occurs
