On : 12.2.6 version, Transactions Related

Upgraded from 11i to R12.2.6, while creating a manual foreign currency transactions, following error will occur.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-AR-11477: The exchange rate must be entered for foreign currency transactions.

Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create manual AR invoice in transactional currency (JPY)
2. Save it

Receive error:
APP-AR-11477: The exchange rate must be entered for foreign currency transactions
