Symptoms

Problem Statement
When attempting to click Preview/Print button on Quick Sales Order form, the following error occurs, after setting XML Publisher Temporary directory

Error

An error occurred during the PDF document generation. Please contact your system Administrator.

Fnd Debug logs show the following message.

 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. OM Super User responsibility
  2. Navigate to Quick Sales Order form
  3. Click Preview/Print button
