RMA Without Reference Get no GST Tax Defaulted in India Tax Details

On : 12.1.3 version, GST Order Management
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On RMAs which are created without any sales order reference, there is no GST Tax defaulted in India Tax Details.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the applicable GST tax rates pertaining to individual items gets defaulted based on the tax rule determination.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as India Localization
2. Return Order/RMA Creation
At the time of creating a new RMA, the Header details are filled up.
After the Header details are entered, the Line level details are entered and saved.
3. After saving the Line level details of the new Sales Order,
navigate now to Tools >India Tax Details from RMA Header.
In the India Tax Details screen, we find that the applicable GST tax rates pertaining to individual items does not get defaulted based on the tax rule determination as it gets in case of Sales Order creation
