Error Calling apps API from Custom Schema

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Contract Expert

When attempting to call custom procedure to call the Oracle procedure okc_contract_docs_pvt.insert_row, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
ALL grants have been done for table okc_contract_docs to the custom user.
ALL grants have been done for package okc_contract_docs_pvt to the custom user.
Custom package calling okc_contract_docs_pvt.insert_row procedure.
Error message occurs
