In Oracle e-Commerce Gateway, Release 12.2.x, an error occurs when trying to view or change the Operating Unit value on the Define Trading Partner form.

Due to this issue, users are having to spend extra time exiting the form and re-entering the trading partner information.

APP-EC-04990: Clear the information on the Customer and Supplier locations before resetting the Operating unit.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will in a Vision Demo environment with the following steps:
1. Log in as user OPERATIONS
2. e-Commerce Gateway, Vision Enterprises > Setup > Trading Partners
3. On the Trading Partner Groups form, queried group "EDI Vision 11 TP Group" which belongs to operating unit "Vision Operations".
4. Click the New button
5. On the Define Trading Partner window, the operating unit has defaulted as "Vision Operations".
6. Enter Partner Name, Supplier = Advantage and Site = "80 Long Ridge Road". Do not yet save any changes.
7. Click in the Operating Unit field. Click the LOV icon or do "CTRL-L" to see the list of values, and the error occurs:

APP-EC-04990: Clear the information on the Customer and Supplier locations before resetting the Operating unit.

Clicking in any field on the form at this point results in the issue occurring. The user is unable to clear the information on the Customer and/or Supplier locations.
As a workaround, the form has to be closed using File > Close Form, and then reopen the form again to start over.
