Goal
Framework has its own Code Stack (12.1.3, 12.2.4, 12.2.5, 12.2.6, 12.2.7, 12.2.8 etc..) and for each stack there are specific Framework Bundle patches released.
For example, it is possible to have a 12.2.6 Framework Code Stack on a 12.2.4 E-Business Suite installation.
How can the Framework Bundle Code Level be identified? How can the Framework point release be determined?
