Unable To Open The View Configuration Page From Depot Repair Using A Custom Responsibility (Doc ID 2300976.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Logistics Management

While using a custom responsibility and click on the Service Orders form > "View Configuration..." button,
the following error occurs.

Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select the custom responsibility and navigate to the Service Orders form
2. In the Service Orders form, for an existing service order, select the "Details" tab
3. Click on the "View Configuration..." button
4. The reported error occurs
