Symptoms

For the project requirement, when trying to extend the standard VOs:
/oracle/apps/icx/por/reqmgmt/server/ReqsApprovalsVO
/oracle/apps/icx/por/reqmgmt/server/ReqsApprovedVO
,the following error occurs.

Jdeveloper version is 10.1.3.5.0.3

ERROR

"Each row in the Query Result Columns must be mapped to a unique Query Attribute in the Mapped Entity Columns"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Jdeveloper 10.1.3.5.0.3
2. Run the create View Object wizard, Extend the VOs:
/oracle/apps/icx/por/reqmgmt/server/ReqsApprovalsVO
/oracle/apps/icx/por/reqmgmt/server/ReqsApprovedVO
3. Accept all of the default values for steps 1 to 3 in the create View Object wizard
4. At step 4 the failure occurs
