Some Agent/email Account Associations Cannot be Removed (Doc ID 2301344.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Agent Console

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some Duplicated agent/email account associations cannot be un associated, although the email count for their inbox equals 0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expect to be able to remove the agent from account completely

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.(R) Email Center Supervisor
(N) Supervisor/Account/Agent/Assignment

2.Agents to Accounts Association

3.Uncheck 'Email Access' box for Agent.
Apply

Screen refreshed but Agent still has access.
