ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Update Date' column in the Service Request Audit History form is not showing the time stamp details.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

'Update Date' column in the Service Request Audit History form should showing the time stamp details also.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Service -> Service Requests -> Create Service Request.
2. Create the Service Request.
3. Click on Tools2 -> Audit Report
