AutoCreate Final Assembly Orders Ends With Warning Due to Lock Issue (Doc ID 2301748.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
WICDOL module: AutoCreate Final Assembly Orders request ends with Warning status.
When running the request with debug mode (OM: Debug Level = 5), the following lock error occur is seen on the concurrent request log file.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On Sales order line form, progress sales order for ATO item.
  2. AutoCreate Final Assembly Orders request launches.
