Unable To See the Debug Window When Pressing on the Logo (Doc ID 2301936.1)

When pressing on the logo nothing happens.
The Debug window is expected to appear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Shipment Management / Buy Shipments
2. Select any shipment
3. Go to Actions / Shipment Management / Events / Add Event For Location
4. Click on the Logo

The Debug window should appear but nothing happens.
