GLLEZL Unable Able To Import WEBADI Journals In Adjustment Period - EP01 error (Doc ID 2302076.1)

WebADI Journals submitted for import for a open Adjusting Period fails import with EP01 error.
Manual Journals via the Enter Journals form are able to be entered for the same date and period.

The Expectation is that the journal import from WebADI would be successful as the period is open.

Steps to Replicate the issue:
  1. Journal > Launch Journal Wizard
  2. Select Template for Functional Actuals - Single
  3. Give following details in the template:
  Ledger - Test Ledger
  Category - Adjustment
  Source - Manual
  Currency - USD
  Accounting Date - 30-Jun-2010 (Last Opened Date for the Ledger which is Adjustment Period)
  Line 1 - 01.000.1110.000 - 11 -
  Line 2 - 01.000.4110.000 - - 11
  4. Submit Upload and Import.


Web ADI - Journal Import (GLLEZL) requested completed in Warning. Output gives the following "EP01" error code against journals
