Retroactive Price Adjustment Program Is Not Updating FROM_LINE_LOCATION_ID Which Gives Error PO_SUB_STD_GA_PRICE_NOTMATCH (Doc ID 2302362.1)

When attempting to approve standard Purchase Orders for which Global BPA is sourced document
the following warning message occurs randomly.

Warning: Line # 1 price not equal to the price on the referenced Global Agreement line. Please verify the price information before approving the document

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. ASCP releases Orders
2. Requisition gets created in Approved status with Source Document and price details using Sourcing Setups (Sourcing Rule, ASL)
3. Now create Purchase Order using Requisition
4. Purchase Order gets approved. This is Optional.
5. Now change price or other details in BPA price breaks and approve the BPA. (New price has to be used for pending Purchase Orders as per the changes done now)
6. Run Retroactive Price Adjustment Program.
7. For all pending Purchase Orders will be updated with new Price.
8. Buyer tries to approve the Standard Purchase Order. Received the Warning message and allows to approve the POs.
