GTM Item "Product Classification Status" In UI Is Not Correct, And Matched To That In DB With Expected Value Of "Classification Created" (Doc ID 2302458.1)

Symptoms

When edit an existing GTM Item with an existing Product Classification Type, and Product Classification Code, change the current Product Classification Code with another
code and save. Follow by adding another Product Classification Type with its own Product Classification Code all in one session and
click Finished . The UI shows the Product Classification Status "Created", while what expected is "Classification Created".
When query the data base with the following query :

It shows the Classification Status for both the edited GTM_PROD_CLASS_TYPE_GID and newly added GTM_PROD_CLASS_TYPE_GID
as "Created" where the expected value should be "Classification Created" in both DB, and UI.
