Dynamic Custom Security Profile, Not Working As Expected For Contacts Person Type

On 12.2 HRMS RUP 9 version Of the Application, In the People Form.
Observed that, when a Dynamic Custom Security Profile is used and person search is done that Only Employee Records are returned and the Employee's associated Contact Records are not returned.
Find that if this same Security Profile is defined as Static Custom Security, that it works appropriately.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Define a Dynamic Custom Security Profile.
- Create a New Employee and a contact to him.
- Now when we try to query the person using the people form, only the Employee record is returned, contact record is not returned.
- If the same profile is made a Static Custom Security Profile, then the contact record as well as the employee record are brought up. Even though the contact record don't satisfy the Condition defined it will be still accessible since the Profile has access to the actual Employee record.
