E-Business Suite 12.2 Concurrent Processing, Request Processing related issues

 

 

 

Concurrent programs which have been set up for Active Data Guard (ADG) Reporting fail with the below error:

REP-1416: 'afterpform': User exit 'FND'. APP-FND-00466: FDXSRW cannot find your concurrent request <request_id>

FDXSRW found no rows while selecting your concurrent request <request_id>.
Please contact your support representative..
