12.2.5 Visibility option required for attachments on Service Request page. Need to restricted access on attachment for user. If you review for Notes there is option of Visibility from which user restrict access to the notes, request similar requirement for attachment as well.
Steps To Reproduce
Responsibility: Customer Support Specialist
Navigate: Customer Support > Agent Dashboard > under My Service Requests section click on the service request link it will launch the 'Update Service Request' page scroll down to Attachment section notice no Visibility option
