Service HTML: Visibility Option Required For Attachments On Service Request Page (Doc ID 2303199.1)

Symptoms

Visibility option required for attachments on Service Request page.
Need to restrict users from accessing certain attachments.

For Notes there is an option of Visibility from which the access to Notes can be restricted.
A similar functionality should exist for Attachments as well.

Steps To Reproduce

Responsibility: Customer Support Specialist
Navigate: Customer Support > Agent Dashboard

- Under My Service Requests section, click on the service request link.
- That will launch the 'Update Service Request' page
- Scroll down to Attachment section
 => There is not Visibility option.
