ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Here Engine is not honoring the following parameters configured in the external engine:

1. ROUTING_MODE_TYPE
2. TRANSPORT_MODE
3. EQUIPMENT_RESTRICTIONS

i.e. - OTM is not passing the transport_mode configured in External Engine as car, is passing as truck.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OTM should pass the transport_mode as car, as per rate engine configuration.
