Symptoms

The Refnum grid is disabled for editing in Chrome and Firefox when a Pseudo field for a Refnum is added to the main section.

Replication Steps:

Setup:
1. Create Manager Layout
2. Add Pseudo Field Refnum for GLOG
3. Create Screenset
4. Create Menu
5. Assign menu to user
6. Create an Order Release with several Refnum fields

Replication:
1. Select the Menu created above
2. Search for the Order Release created above and select for editing
3. On IE 11, able to edit this Order Release all Refnum fields
4. On Chrome 58, the Refnum grid is disabled for editing
5. On Firefox, 45.9 the Refnum grid is disabled for editing
