List of Values (LOV) Not Returned When Using Internet Explorer for Isupplier Self Registration (Doc ID 2304290.1)

Users are unable to select from the list of values on iSupplier Portal Self Registration while using Internet Explorer.

The issue can be recreated with the following steps:

1. Access supplier self registration > click on Quick Select icon from a LOV. The LOV does not return the selected value to the page, and the list of values shows no results found.
2. Click on the Select radio button and then the select button. The same issue is observed - the selected value is not populated on the page

It is expected that by clicking on the Quick Select icon or by clicking on the Radio button and clicking the Select button, that the selected value will be in the Tax Country field.
