ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The MTR (Mid-Term Appraisal) period is from 15/06/2016 to 15/09/2016
The AR (Annual Appraisal) period is from 01/12/2016 to 28/02/2017

When enrolling staff to a plan (newcomer) on on 21/06/2016, it was noticed that the person is already in the Appraisal screen with status planned even that the appraisal period process is scheduled on the 01-12-2016 ?
All the other staff is still in the MTR period.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. XX HRMS Manager Responsibility > People > Enter and Maintain > New
Create employee as of 01-01-2016 and Save

2. HR Professional Responsibility> Performance Management > Performance Management Plans > Create Plan
Include Objective Setting in Process
Start date: 14/06/2016
Allow changes Outside This Period
Method: Cascading

Include Appraisals in Process

a.Appraisal template: Mid-Term Review (MTR)
Period Start Date:1-01-2016
Period End Date:31-12-2020
Task Start Date:15-06-2016
Task End Date: 15-09-2016

b.Appraisal template: Annual Review (AR)
Period Start Date:1-01-2016
Period End Date: 31-12-2020
Task Start Date: 01-12-2016
Task End Date: 28-02-2017

3. HR Professional Responsibility> Performance Management > Plan Administration > Check option Enroll Workers and select Plan Name > Search for Worker > Submit
