E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Patch Application Issues
Running adop prepare phase fails with errors during validation port pool of oacore_server1 and oacore_server2.
The oacore_server2 was not able to shutdown per the below log FSCloneStageAppsTier_08131121.log:
