Running adop prepare phase fails with errors during validation port pool of oacore_server1 and oacore_server2.

The oacore_server2 was not able to shutdown per the below log FSCloneStageAppsTier_08131121.log:

On checking further in file txkADOPPreparePhaseSynchronize.log it showed as,
