Symptoms
Applied Patch 23283259:R12.ONT.C to resolve the following error that occurs when attempting to cancel/split an order Line, but the error is still being raised:
ERROR
Expected Behavior :
Expect to be able to Cancel or Split the Sales Order Line.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced , for this Order ,at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Orders, Returns > Sales Order
3. Query for Order to be cancelled , Actions > Cancel Or Actions > Split.
4. Notice the error displayed on the form
Similar issue may be observed when doing the same task using oe_order_pub.process_order() API.
