Need Validation In Standard API (Doc ID 2305543.1)

Symptoms

During the creation of formula the product and by-products have “CONTRIBUTE_STEP_QTY_IND” (Contribute to Step QTY) set as “Y” by default.

For the ingredients the user can select either “N” or “Y” for the “Contribute to Step QTY” on the formula.

The standard API that is used to load the step/material association does not have the validation that if the flag is set to “Y” and the file being load for Step/Material association is missing a line it would throw an error.

Error that will be shown in case of Products/By-Products is APP-GMD-81326.
