After RPC5 Patch, When Receipt Fails, Strange Characters Are In The Error
Receiving Transaction Processor inserts strange unusual characters into PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO for a serial controlled item;
2. Insert ROI to deliver the PO, but not inserting the serial interface table;
3. Run the RTP, it failed with error "Lot/Serial validation failed";
