On : 12.2.5 version, Lot Costs
When entering a lot cost adjustment in the current period with an adjustment date prior to today's date, the following error occurs. If an adjustment date from the prior period is entered, the lot cost adjustment can be created.

APP-GMF-87915: Adjustment date should be before today's date (&SYSDATE). (REFDATE=)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Lot Cost > Lot Cost Adjustment
3. Make an adjustment with adjustment date prior to today's date and also within the current period.
