LINE_ACCUMULATED_DEPRN Is Not Returning The Correct Value Where There Is A Daily Pro-rate (Doc ID 2305630.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Asset Books have been defined to use a daily pro-ration for Depreciation.
During a Termination the seeded Formula LINE_ACCUMULATED_DEPRECIATION is being used.
This Formula is returning a value based on the full month of the termination.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Formula to provided the amount for the quote effective date as daily pro-ration is being used in Assets.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Books in Assets to use daily pro-raqtion for Depreciation.
2. Use the seeded Formula LINE_ACCUMULATED_DEPRECIATION in an Accounting Template for the Termination Transaction Type.
3. Process a termination with a Quote Effective Date that is in the middle of an Asset month.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct amounts accounted for in these terminations.
