Transfer & Assumption Resulting in no Amount Displayed for a Service (Doc ID 2305742.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a contract with a Service Line is processed through a Transfer and Assumption, the Amount value is not populated in the Fees and Services section of the Additional Charges tab of the new contract.  Amount is also not populated in the Service line page.

The Payments are still displayed as expected, and the linked Assets also show the expected values.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Amount to be displayed as it was in the original contract as there is Service remaining in the new contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a Transfer and Assumtion on a Contract with a Service line.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have these contracts created with the expected Service Amount displayed.
