GST: Taxes Not Flown From Sales Order With RMA To AR Credit Memo (Doc ID 2305878.1)

Symptoms

There is a Sales Order that is having Taxes but the RMA Sales Order is not having taxes. Even though RMA is without taxes, at time of RMA Receipt, taxes will populate and get transferred to AR RMA Credit Memo. However, the taxes have not populated at time of RMA Receipt and not transferred to AR RMA Credit Memo as well.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Original Sales Order.
  2. Tax Lines of Sales Order. The Item HQ350101 is to be RMA'ed and it also got Taxes
  3. RMA of Sales Order
  4. The RMA GST Tax Details are not populated
  5. Goods Receipt of the RMA
  6. The Goods Receipt is not reflecting the GST Taxes either
  7. RMA now AR Credit Memo
  8. Taxes not appearing on the RMA AR Credit Memo
