Dependent Address Cannot be Entered Via SSBEN as Address Style Cannot be Changed and Entered Details are Not Getting Saved (Doc ID 2305895.1)

The following issues were encountered when attempting to add dependents and beneficiaries via Self-Service Benefits:

A.  After entering the address style of the address, the page refreshes and sets the value to 'United States'
B.  When the tab key is pressed after entering the Zip Code for a US address, the page refreshes and removes the details of the address


The issue does not happen when creating records via the function Personal Information nor in the pre-12.2.6 instance.

Step to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Applications.

2. Choose the responsibility Employee Self-Service.

3. Click on the Benefits function.

4. Click on the Add Another Person button.

Issue A:

Enter an address style other than 'United States'

Issue B:

Choose the address style of 'United States'
Enter a valid US address
Click the tab key after the Zip Code has been entered


 Upgraded the E-Business Suite to 12.2.6
