Orders Getting Stuck in Order Corrections Form Without Any Error During Import of Sales Order (Doc ID 2306051.1)

Symptoms

One or Two Orders are getting stuck in order import interface tables, 
without any errors during import of 250 to 300 sales orders.
However , upon re-importing through corrections form, they are imported successfully.

Expected that no sales order would be stuck in the interface without any error and should get imported immediately.

The issue cannot be reproduced at will . However the issue can be seen in test instance with the following steps:

1. Populate the interface tables in test instance
2. Run the Order Import program
3. Open the corrections form and find that the orders are stuck without any errors.
4. Import the stuck records manually through corrections form
