ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"Redefault" value is not showing in value LOV of profile PO: Validate GL Period

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Redefault" value shold be shown in value LOV of profile PO: Validate GL Period


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login E-business Suite
2. Go to Purchasing > edit > Preferences > profiles
3. Query the profile PO: Validate GL Period and click value LOV
4. There's no "Redefault" value only 'Yes' & 'No'
5. Move to System Administrator > profiles > PO: Validate GL Period value LOV no "Redefault"
