Symptoms

When attempting to create, update or assign a task,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Action Required: Local Event ERROR : oracle.apps.jtf.cac.task.createTaskAssignment / oracle.apps.jtf.cac.task.createTaskAssignment-22753

Action Required: Local Event ERROR : oracle.apps.jtf.cac.task.createTask / oracle.apps.jtf.cac.task.createTask-22751

Action Required: Local Event ERROR : oracle.apps.jtf.cac.task.updateTaskAssignment / oracle.apps.jtf.cac.task.updateTaskAssignment-22844



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer created a task from SR form.
2. Saved the task. immediately mail is sent with error for createTask.
3. Similarly the error is thrown when assigning a task.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is getting huge amount of business events error..
