When selecting the DFF in iSupport Create SR page, it returns below code instead of the flex-fields

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When selecting the DFF values in iSupport, it should not return the code.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iSupport Business Users -> Home
2. Click on create service request link and Select the request type.
3. Click on Additional Information DFF and select the value.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Service Requests from iSupport.
