On 12.1.3 HRMS RUP9 version,

When attempting to access W-2 information from Mobile Applications
the following message is displayed

There are no W-2s available to view. Please contact the System Administrator or Payroll Manager.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Mobile App
2. My Information > Pay Information > W-2 Information > W-2 Forms
3. Message is displayed.
