Need the following Requirement:
With the More products capability feature,the user should have the option to add the same Serial Number multiple times with different Problem Coded attached to each.
i.e,Multiple Problems per SR Product
Along with this need the ability to have Multiple Problems, Causes, and Resolutions for each Service Request Product.
