On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Credit Management
Oracle Receivables business event fails with the following error :

Event Error Message: 3825: Error '-6511 - ORA-6511: PL/SQL: cursor already open' encountered during execution of Rule function 'AR_BUS_EVENT_SUB_PVT.CashReceipt_Modify' for event
'oracle.apps.ar.receipts.CashReceipt.modify' with key 'oracle.apps.ar.receipts.CashReceipt.modify_53041219_24-MAY-2017 11:52:48'
