Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.3 version, Client

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Toolbar menu is missing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Toolbar menu to be visible

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open UPK Client
2: Notice the toolbar menu to be missing at the top of the screen within the UPK Client
